Tenor Roger Davy, a well-known face in Australia and Internationally, began his career as a boy soprano before taking up a contract with Opera Queensland and studying Opera studies at Queensland University

Tenor Roger Davy, a well-known face in Australia and Internationally, began his career as a boy soprano before taking up a contract with Opera Queensland and studying Opera studies at Queensland University where he performed the Tamino” in The Magic Flute “Don Jose” in Carmen, where he was part of their Young Artist Program.

Moving to Sydney in 2001 Roger took up a contract with Opera Australia where understudied and performed roles including “Steva” in Jenufa, “Gabriele Ardorno” in Simon Boccanegra. and was finalist in Royal Covent Garden Scholarship.

He studied in Germany and the UK before performing major operatic roles in UK these roles include ” the title role in the Tales and Hoffman, Returning to Australia in 2006 was the inspiration behind the much-celebrated The Ten Tenors’. After leaving the Tenors in 2000 and moved into the entrepreneurial area to create his own entertainment company for aspiring young performers, Vavachi Entertainment.

In the past 10 years along with producing numerous free community Opera and Music in the park concerts, Roger has carved out a successful solo career with his unique trademark performance tributes, to the man and his music “Pavarotti Forever” along with Phantom of the Opera and the Singing Waiter.

In recent years Roger has established his reputation as one of Asia sort-after classical corporate performers. Performances include the Singapore F1 Grand 2008, 2009. 2011, The Henley Financial Group’s 20th year celebration dinner in 2010, Primasia Hong Kong and Aquatic Engineering & Construction International for Red Events Singapore in 2011.

Roger has also performed concerts in Guangzhou China and New Delhi in India and was resident six-month performer at the Venetian Casino Macau/China. Returning to Australia in 2012 Roger produced and performed in “A Night under the Enchanting Stars” for Olivia Newton-John and partners at the exclusive GAIA Retreat and Spa and recently performed for Lexus of Brisbane for their Gala Melbourne Cup has performed and produced the charity entertainment gala dinner for the Qld Fireball.

Performing regularly at Singapore Grand Prix with Pavarotti tribute, Roger performed the role of David at the Brisbane Powerhouse as part of the Restrung Festival in the Chamber Opera “The Aqueduct”, in May 2013 Roger performed the principal role of Piangi in Queensland premier production of Phantom of the Opera with Savoyards, performed the role Alfredo in Ipswich City Orchestra’s concert performance of Fledermaus. Performances for 2015, included performing at exclusive Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru and a return performance at Gaia Retreat and Spa as part of the 10th Birthday celebrations. Recently returning to his first love of Opera, singing the role of Alfredo in La Traviata. In 2016 Roger and Vavachi Entertainment after producing the annual Music/Opera on Kings community concerts for over 10 years attracting over 5000 people, teamed up again with Creative Events Incorporated to produce Cirque de la Opera for the Horizon Festival on the Sunshine Coast, Roger recently played the title role of John Flynn in the Australian concert premiere of “In like Flynn” the musical at Gold Coast Arts Centre

Versatile soprano, Meg graduated from QLD Conservatorium in 2000 with a Bachelor of Music a Vocal Intensive Major (Classical) after which she spent a year studying at the Royal College of Music as an external student of Margaret Kingsley

Meg has toured Australia extensively in 2 sell out productions of Menopause the Musical for Jally Entertainment and SK Entertainment in the roles of Earth Mother and Professional Woman and as Vocal Coach.

She holds a Master’s in Music studies, Vocal Pedagogy from Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University and successfully performs as a crossover singer in opera, jazz, pop and music theatre genres and teaches voice at a number of QLD schools and her home studio in Brisbane.

A regular performer with Vavachi Entertainment and local community theatre groups, Meg has performed for many years at the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and also in Music Theatre productions in a variety of roles which include; Donna (Mamma Mia) , Carlotta (Phantom of the Opera), Aunt March (Little Women), Mrs Corry (Mary Poppins) and Fairy Godmother in Flaws and All; a new Australian musical performed at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2017. Her operatic roles with Opera QLD and Operez include the title role of Agrippina and Lucia in Britten’s The rape of Lucretia.

Meg also performs in several covers and tribute bands in and around the Brisbane region. Whatever your musical taste, it is most likely Meg will be able to sing it for your function.

Adam has loved performing since an early age appearing on stage at the Brisbane Arts Theatre at age 6 in “The Little Hero of Holland”. He decided to pursue performing as a career at Beenleigh High School

Adam has loved performing since an early age appearing on stage at the Brisbane Arts Theatre at age 6 in “The Little Hero of Holland”. He decided to pursue performing as a career at Beenleigh High School, where he played lead roles in many of the school’s annual musicals culminating in playing Jesus in “Godspell”.

Straight form school, his professional career began to blossom. He successfully auditioned for a place at the Victorian College of Arts and completed a 3-year Diploma of Arts in Acting in 1991. He moved to Sydney and was cast in the ensemble of the John Frost production of “South Pacific” which toured Australia for a year. He got to play the lead role many times as the understudy to the role of Lieutenant Cable. He moved to the UK after the show to pursue theatre work in London and appeared in the pantomime “Dick Whittington” alongside “Birds of a Feather” star Lesley Joseph. Returning to Australia he auditioned for producer and performer Simon Gallagher and was cast in his productions of “The Merry Widow” and “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum” alongside Jon English which toured Australia and New Zealand. He also played Hortensio in “Kiss Me Kate” in a concert version for the Brisbane Festival in 1998.

For Beenleigh Theatre Group Adam played the lead role in “High Society” in 2009 and the role of The Beast in “Beauty and the Beast” in 2015. Adam has also played many roles for the local Phoenix Ensemble including Freddie in “Chess” , Jesus in “JC Superstar” and won a Gold Coast Theatre Award for Best Supporting Actor in the musical “The Full Monty” .In 2016 he played Dan in “Next to Normal” and George in “La Cage Aux Folle” He has been nominated for multiple Gold Coast Theatre Awards. Adam was cast in his dream role playing Jean Valjean in “Les Miserable” for The Spotlight Theatre Company on the Gold Coast along with standout feature role as Dan in “Next to Normal” at The Brisbane Arts Theatre and “Love Letters of Noel Coward” for Footlights Theatrical. Adam’s love for theatrics and passion for song and dance make him a well-rounded and seasoned performer who can lend himself to many diverse roles. His entertainment factor is second to none and always a crowd pleaser
